How to make c02 bombs, by ACE ACE@ct2600.org. Before I begin, Id like to give credit to various people from the scene back in the day, who wrote the original files, which have now either dissappeared, or were unintelligible to begin with. I take no responsibility for your actions when following the instructions in this file. These instructions are for academic purposes only. 

Things you will need:
1.Power drill with 1/4" or SLIGHTLY larger bit
2.Estes Rocket Engines, D size. (can be purchased at hobby or craft stores, or estes.com) 3 or four should make 2 or 3 c02's
3.C02 cylinders, EMPTY, you goddamn moron.
4.Hammer
5.Cardboard with raised edges
6.Fuse. Any kind of fuse could be used, of course, but unless you like being in the emergency room with 3/4 of your arm gone, I suggest you get cannon fuse at www.imsplus.com.
7.Electrical tape
8.A really small funnel, or a thin piece of cardboard bent into a slide type funnel, or paper made into a funnel. Whatever works for you.

Take the rocket engines and cut the cardboard off them, using an EXTREMELY sharp knife. At a certain point you may be able to simply unroll it, if your lucky. When you get the cardboard off, remove the white clay plugs that are attached. Now set the black objects you have created aside. Take your c02 cylinders (EMPTY THEM FIRST via paintball or whatever!) and drill holes through the top, that shouldnt be much bigger than a 1/4 inch, or else your explosive devices will become extremely dangerous rockets. Now the fun part. Take your cardboard, and your hammer, and the black things you made earlier, and put the black things on the cardboard. Now beat on them with the hammer until they are a fine powder. This may take some time. They *HAVE* to be a fine powder, or else this isnt going to work. Ok. Now that we got that out of the way, store your excess powder someplace safe, in a ziploc bag or whatever. Now take your c02 cylinders, and your powder, and sit down. You need a well deserved rest. Now take your improvised funnel and slowly get your powder into the c02 cylinder, until it is full and packed tightly. Now take your cannon fuse, and if it is 30 seconds a foot burn time, cut off about 6 inches. If the burn time is different, cut off something accordingly.. your looking for about 5 to 6 seconds of burn time, or else you wont have enough time to get away... far away.. Now stick the fuse into the c02 until it is nestled snugly in the powder. Now wrap the c02 in the electrical tape, taking care to seal up the area where the fuse enters the cylinder. You may wrap the whole c02 (except for the main area of the fuse, obviously) if you wish. bigH seems to think it makes them look cooler. Heh. You could even wrap it several times, which would probably make it louder. Anyway... have fun. ~ACE
